Please attend your appointment with no extra guests unless agreed, as this can cause crowding in the studio.

Unfortunately not. Couriers tend to misplace or deliver parcels elsewhere, which puts you at risk of lost items.
Yes, your appointment can run slightly longer than the given time sometimes due to a busy schedule.
We prefer 13×4 frontals as they are easier to work with and tend to give better results compared to a 13×6.

We are more than happy to accommodate transparent lace, but preferably HD lace.
No, reinstall wigs can be brought in on the day of your appointment.
No. As long as it is 5 days prior, hair can be dropped off. Studio drop-offs are available from 8am–7pm every day. Once dropped off, send an image of where it has been left and your full name.
Yes. Bridal, bridal-party and wedding-morning/on-location styling are available. Trials can also be arranged.
Arrive with clean, dry hair so we can work with your natural texture and see the true condition.
If you have a style in mind, bring photos or references to help communicate your vision clearly.
Please ensure hair is dropped off 5 days prior to your booking. Failure to comply may result in a £10 late fee unless reasonable issues have been communicated.
Skip oils, gels or sprays before your visit to ensure the best results with styling unless advised to do so.
Let your stylist know about recent treatments (colour, keratin, bleach, etc.) so we can choose the safest and most effective approach.
